More HDR pictures...

Hello people,
Here are some more HDR pictures I have taken during a very cloudy day. What do you think of the feeling?

The pictures are mainly taken at DCU.
There is one picture taken (last one) with the view from our room...

HDR...

Hello people,

Here are my first HDR shots!
Without a tri-pod or a place to put the camera it's challenging but first results are promising!

Order of the picture is as following:
1) Normal 2) HDR 3) HDR with effect

Remember to click on the picture to enlarge it!

1st picture:
Original: 2 paintballs!

HDR picture: still the 2 paint balls but with a more dramatic effect. Note all the details on the wall and toilet paper. Check also the small reflections on the paint balls itself! Very cool no?

HDR picture also...but with a more smoother effect. You have the same amount of details but less contrasted. This is a more "angel-like" picture...

2nd picture:
Original Picture of a motorcycle parked in front of our building. Look closely at the sky and details....It's pretty "white" no?

HDR picture of the motorcycle. Hence the details on the ground and reflections on the aluminium. You can see a movement in the picture as I don't have a tripod. Look also at the sky and discover all the colors!

HDR Picture of the same motorbike with a nice dramatic color. Don't forget to check out the sky also...

Hope you enjoyed it! I will be making some more of these pictures as I love this new method of processing pictures!

Thanksgiving

Well, for once, no pictures...

Yesterday was Thanksgiving...
On the menu:
- 2 massive Turkeys, mashed potatoes, gravy (ooh yes) and cranberry sauce.

We had also some other very nice dishes aside of this main meal. Plus, the chocolate (triple layer) birthday cake was very very nice!

Ah yes...that are some nice things when you go to the US, it's always different where ever you go. You always need to adjust to the culture you live in, which means, following the beliefs and national events.

I believe, in Canada they celebrate Thanksgiving in October.

Keepin' in touch!
